How much does shipping cost?

All orders within Australia have a flat fee of $10 postage.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, please contact me for a price.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post AIRMAIL without insurance. Please allow 10 plus working days for delivery (as advised by Australia Post). If you wish to order insurance on your shipping, please contact me prior to your purchase, unfortunately it is not very cheap from Australia.

International buyers are also responsible for any import taxes.

How soon do orders arrive?

All orders within Australia are sent as Registered Post to enable tracking of your item. With exception to the Elizabeth, all pieces are pre-made and ready to be shipped immediately. If you are having a custom piece made or an item adjusted, then allow an extra 7-10 days.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

A lot of care is taken to ensure items are packaged appropriately using Australia Post-approved packing materials. If you have any issues with items that are damaged in transit please contact me immediately.

Do you ship daily?

All orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays, excluding public holidays.

NB: Shipping costs reflect the price of shipping materials, shipping fees and handling.

Payment

How secure is your store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do you do refunds?

All sales are FINAL. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if you simply change your mind.
